4. Services and Payments

ScrifySystems offers various digital services including but not limited to FiveM scripts, web development, ShareX hosting, and Discord bot development. Some of our Services are free, while others require payment.

4.1 Subscriptions

Some of our Services require a subscription. When you subscribe to a Service, you agree to pay the subscription fees as indicated. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4.2 Payments

All payments must be made using the payment methods we support. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We may change our prices at any time, but will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

Basic access to essential services with community support and limited resources.

Premium Tier

Enhanced features, priority support, custom domains, and higher storage limits.

5. User Obligations

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software.

When you purchase our products, you're purchasing a license to use them according to the specific license terms for that product. Unless otherwise specified, you may not:

  • Distribute, redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer our products.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our products.

8. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

In no event shall ScrifySystems, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, regardless of the basis of the claim.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ScrifySystems makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Services.

ScrifySystems does not warrant that:

  • The Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or place.
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected.
  • The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • The results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScrifySystems operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
